Owner and lead inspector Ryan Coy is currently serving in the Reserves as a Builder in the United States Navy Seabees. Ryan has 12 years of service in the Navy, including three deployments to Afghanistan and Africa. Aside from the training and experiences he’s received in the Navy, his extensive background in both residential and commercial construction has provided a solid foundation to assess the overall condition of the property accurately. Both Ryan and Jeff are Certified Professional Inspectors through The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors — InterNACHI® and have passed the National Home Inspector Examination. We are dedicated to working hard and giving you our best effort.
